We collect only what we need to plan your trip. When you send a brief, we keep your name, email address, and the brief itself.

We do not run a mailing list. We do not remarket. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics that profile individual visitors — only Cloudflare's privacy-first Web Analytics, which is anonymous and aggregated.

When you book through us, we share the minimum information needed with the partner resort to confirm your reservation — typically name, email, dates, party size, and any allergies or accessibility requirements you've shared.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. You may request a copy of everything we hold, or its full deletion, by writing to privacy@thundi.com.
